Return Process

avrasyadental.com aracılığıyla sipariş vermiş olduğunuz ürün veya ürünlerin teslim alındıktan sonra herhangi bir sebeple iade etmek istediğinizde aşağıdaki prosedürler uygulanmaktadır. Sipariş teslim alınma tarihinden itibaren 7 iş günü içerisinde iade talebinizi 0530 787 69 98 numaralı Müşteri Hizmetlerimize iletmeniz gerekmektedir. İade ürünleriniz anlaşmalı kargo firmalarımız ile tarafımıza ulaştırılmalıdır. İadeniz firmamıza ulaştıktan sonra müşteri hizmetlerimiz sizlerle iletişime geçerek en kısa sürede iade işlemini tamamlamaktadır.

Things to consider when returning:

1. It must be unused and its packaging must be undamaged.
2. In return transactions, the products must be sent to us along with copies of the original invoice and a letter explaining the reason for the return.

3. Returns sent by any cargo company other than contracted cargo companies cannot be accepted by us.

After your return reaches our warehouse, an informative e-mail is sent to your registered e-mail addresses as soon as possible.

Based on the approval of your return, you will be informed by contacting your registered contact number and the product price will be refunded to you within 7 business days in the same way as the payment type you chose. For refunds made via credit cards, since there is a communication period between bank systems, the refunded amount is reflected on your card within 24 - 48 hours. If your refund does not appear in your account, we recommend that you first contact your bank.

Cancellation Process

After completing the order steps and making your payment, you can request to cancel your order. To create your request, you must inform our Customer Communication Center at 0532 310 28 45 with your order number. Cancellation requests cannot be made via our Contact Form. Cancellation requests can only be evaluated if the collection of the products in your order has not started in our warehouse. Once the collection process of the products you ordered has started, cancellation cannot be made. In such cases, you can request a refund.
